Make Money From Home - Getting Started

Hello Everyone! I hope that all is well for you since my last posting. The timing for this post works out well since it will tie in with my last posting about the Internet Marketing Community and getting started building my list.
I have been fortunate enough to come across some veteran members of the IM community who are very successful now. They remember what it was like when they were starting out and have graciously offered their time, products and know how to help us “newbies” along.
When I started out I was collecting as many free reports as I could, to offer them as giveaways. What I could not believe is that I was not even taking advantage of the resources right in front of me. I started reading the reports and realized they are gold. Most are step by step instructions along with the theories behind them on how to start your business from scratch with zero cost. That sounded fine by me since I have vowed that I will not spend another dime until I start to see some return on my investment.
I have followed the advice of the three authors that I will be talking about. I have watched as they have “branded” themselves and are becoming well known in the IM community. I look forward to receiving emails from them feeling confident they can guide my progress.
When I started researching for this post I was fully intending to give you step by step full directions to getting started in this niche. I am not one who believes in “reinventing the wheel” so when I came across the information from these authors, it was already well presented and there was no need for my input. I am telling you this because I have implemented these strategies and I am seeing very nice results.
The information I started out with was “How to Build your List from Zero” by Chris Freville and Paul Teague (http://www.InternetMarketingEmpire.com). It gives you a great start into the exciting world of “Giveaways”. And the other was “JV Giveaway Tactics” by Jerry Iannucci (http://www.GetRichWithJerry.com). He walks you through setting up a gift for a giveaway as well as submitting the gift. Follow Jerry and you will see results.
After I started receiving names on my list, I went into a panic because I had not even thought about setting up my email campaign for my autoresponder. Fortunately to the rescue enters Michael Rasmussen and his “Email Promos Exposed” (http://www.emailpromosexposed.com). Over an hour of great training videos on how to write killer email campaigns.
I can prove it WORKS… if you would like to take advantage of these terrific tactics to start building your own list, check out the following link:

Make Money from Home – The Community

It never ceases to amaze me how much help there is available from other Affiliate Marketers across the Internet Marketing Arena. When I first started working from scratch I was surprised how much online help and clear direction was available. Many of the various methods I had been researching might include having an “affiliate manager” to guide and advance you along. I was delighted when I received a follow up email from an affiliate manager to a website that I had signed up for, giving me very clear directions and the reasons for following those directions. In most cases, I would sign up for a site and followed the initial instructions and then was unsure how to proceed from there. The emails from my affiliate manager and the directions they provided had me continue on from the initial setup to the next logical step. Usually it contained the reasons why you were doing the next step and gave you a better understanding of what you can expect to happen from implementing their strategies.
I found it very comforting and reassuring that someone would take the time and effort to assist me. I understand to some degree why they are doing it. It is because they are trying to secure your trust in them and at some point will probably present you with an offer for some product or service they are promoting. There’s nothing wrong with that. You get great advice or assistance and start to build a comfortable and trusting relationship for someone who has a vested interest in your success. There are also a great many forums and social networking sites where those who have had the good fortune to succeed don’t mind giving a little time and assistance to those of us that are “up and coming”. I have been fortunate enough to encounter a very helpful community out there and I look forward to sharing information, and one day hopefully will be in the position to assist someone just starting out.
If at any time, as you build your business, you do come across becoming an affiliate for money making sites that offer you assistance in the form of an affiliate manager, make sure you give it careful consideration. Hopefully it will add greatly towards your advancement in building your online business.
Here’s to a Pleasant Journey.
